Real-Time Machine Status, Intelligently Communicated
A standard stack light tells you three things: running, stopped, or faulted. Smart Light tells you everything. With 1,000 programmable modes, six colors, and support for multiple simultaneous protocols, Smart Light can communicate exactly what is happening on your machine — cycle percentage, tool change required, part complete, alarm condition — all without the operator needing to walk to the control.
Smart Light can directly replace an existing status light and can be mounted anywhere on the machine. The included Recipe Builder software makes configuration straightforward — build your recipes, test them in Live Demo Mode, and deploy. No programming experience required.

Programmable Audible Alarm
Lights can be in Steady State, Blinking, Flashing, or all three simultaneously. A programmable audible alarm ensures operators are alerted even when not looking at the machine.

What Smart Light Does
1,000 Available Light Modes
Smart Light supports 1,000 programmable modes with 0–255 available via direct I/O. Six standard colors — white, green, blue, yellow, red, and orange — plus one user-defined color give you complete flexibility to communicate exactly what is happening on your machine at a glance.
Multiple Simultaneous Protocols
Use multiple communication protocols at the same time. Smart Light can directly replace an existing status light and can be mounted or installed anywhere on the machine — giving you maximum flexibility in how and where status information is displayed.
Advanced Light Modes
Beyond simple solid-color status, Smart Light supports Level Mode (1–20 lights lit in succession to indicate cycle percentage or any level), Segment Mode (up to 5 independent segments each with their own color and behavior), and Run Light Mode (a foreground color running over a background color for dynamic process indication).
Programmable Audible Alarm
In addition to visual status, Smart Light includes a programmable audible alarm — ensuring operators are alerted to machine status changes even when they are not looking at the machine. Alarm behavior is fully configurable through the Recipe Builder software.
Recipe Builder Configuration Software
The included Recipe Builder software lets users build complete system configurations with custom modes and communication protocols. A Live Demo Mode allows testing of all light configurations before programming recipes — so you can verify exactly how the light will behave before deploying it on the machine.
